How to Delete Your Tomaru Account and Data

Account and Data Deletion Request Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your Tomaru account and related data.

If you want to delete your Tomaru account and related data, please submit a request using one of the methods below.

Method 1: Request Deletion in the App

Open the App and go to Settings -> Account -> Delete Account, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.

Method 2: Request Deletion by Email

Send an email to: support@tomaruai.app

Please use this email subject: Account deletion request

In the email body, please include the email address or account identifier you used to register for Tomaru.

After receiving your request, we will process your account deletion request within a reasonable time.

Data We Delete

We will delete data associated with your account, including account profile data, email address, display name, login identifiers, learning records, saved vocabulary, test records, and other App usage data that can be linked to your account.

Data We May Retain

We may retain some data for a necessary period when required for legal, security, anti-fraud, dispute resolution, or operational recordkeeping purposes.

If some data cannot be deleted immediately, we will delete or anonymize it after the required retention period ends.
